I ran over a trailer hitch and now stuff smelling like radiator fluid is leaking out
something from the bottom front end of my vehicle, and it doesn't want to
accelerate. What could have happened?

Ran over a trailer hitch, wow. Doing so probably resulted in some major damage, sounds like the radiator and or hoses were damaged and I would suspect suspension components are bent. Not accelerating could mean the transmission was also damaged. Have the vehicle towed to a garage so they can get it on the lift to inspect and replace what was damaged. I'd contact your insurance company as well to start a claim, if it is transmission, you are looking at a huge repair bill.
