One thing to keep in mind is that the big battery in a hybrid has about a 7 year life expectancy and they're very expensive to replace. Often more expensive than the value of the vehicle. These batteries are also not designed to be replaced by the vehicle owner. They're very powerful and if not handled properly can kill someone, literally! Hope that helps! Jim
