Question type: Maintenance & Repair

I have a engine and transmission out of a 2004
dodge stratus. I have a 2004 dodge stratus rt body.
Will the 4 cylinder motor and transmission bolt into
the stratus rt?

I would assume it would, but the RT used a six cyl engine. Make sure the engine is complete with all the accessories, like alternator, grounds, etc. and you must also purchase the wiring harness and ECM. Make sure you do your research first on all what is needed to complete, you would hate to go through all that trouble to find it won't start. I would suspect engine mounts and transmission mounts are different and possibly subframe connections. I hope this project is for fun and not that you need the car. Hardly worth putting all your time and money downgrading a Dodge of all vehicles.
