Lack of Customer Service

Why should I continue to try and deal with CarGurus? I check out vehicles,
send clarifying questions, include my emails and all I get is more advertising -
NO ANSWERS to my questions! If you don't want my business just say so !
Please don't keep wasting my time.

Try a good old fashioned phone call to the selling Dealer. Most Dealers dismiss people who email as tire kickers and ignore emails. Especially when the demand for vehicles is high, like it is right now. Hope that helps! Jim
