2003 Ranger 2.3l dohc low pressure

i have replaced the fuel pump and filter, im still getting a p0171 and i still have
low fuel pressure. what else could be the cause of low pressure

Maybe a blocked or crimped fuel line? Are you measuring at the tank , pump, or engine?
