P0700-00 Transmission control module, MIL lighting
required TCM (transmission control module) 1 Problems
exist 1. P18A8-00 Lockout solenoid valve actuator  
Transmission Parking Valve Stuck Off

P0700 is a generic Transmission code. You will need to have a trans expert diagnose the issue further and replace the appropriate parts. If the vehicle is over 10 years old and has over 150K ,miles, chances are you will be rebuilding the transmission.
