Citroen C5 aircross flair connect cam

In July i ordered a Citroen C5 aircross flair
and the connect cam was fitted as standard I
have now been told by the dealer that it is an
extra can anyone help me find out if I'm right

Evidently it was standard in July but not now I ordered a c5 aircross on 16th July thinking a dash cam was standard picked car up in early December no camera its an extra but from July to December no one told me Citroen kept quite about that
