What’s wrong with my Horn

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

My client has got a 2000 Ford focus
sometimes she can push the horn and it’s
loud and sometimes you can push it and
nothing I checked the fuses and relays they
seem to be working fine would the horn
actually be going out? Cause I can get
another one no problem but want to make
sure that was the problem before I did the
work
