Question type: Maintenance & Repair

Yesterday i took my 2004 Audi S4 into the local lube depot
to get an oil change. Less than 2 miles after i leave, the car
starts misfiring randomly when i start it and the check
engine light turned on. one of the times i started it the
check engine light started flashing so i turned the car off
and turned it back on and it went back to solid. my car ran
perfectly fine before the oil change. what could have
happened?

Make sure there is oil in the engine first. Then check to see if they forgot to connect anything. I know those places will check your air filter and maybe the forgot to plug the MAF back in or a hose. Take it back to the lube place to complain or scan for the trouble codes, since the light is on, that will tell you why it is on.
