Bypassed heater core hose looks piched is this ok

Looks like they bent the hose and zip tied it to keep it out of the way. If you leave a radiator or heater hose kinked for a long time it can become a problem, the hose degrades and may develop a leak, but that's not going to happen right away. I assume the hose was left in there as you plan to repair the heater core and return the hose to it's original place? Otherwise if you plan to permanently remove the heater core then there are better ways to cap off that heater hose.

You can cut the zip ties to straighten out the hose the best you can and add another zip tie , just a little looser. The ties are there to keep the hose from hitting the underside of the hood.
