Altima batter light flickering

My Nissan Altima 2015 battery light flickers quickly
But runs with no problem. Could the alternator be
the problem

Sounds like the alternator's working intermittenly and will eventually go for good.

Test the voltage on the battery with your multimeter with the engine running. It should be a consistent 14V. Not moving up and down. Like Ben mentioned I would think it could be time for a new alternator and or check the wiring. Have the alternator tested if you don't have any tools at an auto part store for free.
