Seller showed me a notarized bill of sale signed by original owner but left blank New owners on the form the seller telling me it’s legit it’s an open title I’m just confused never heard of a open title the sellers name is not on any of documents should trust this

Doesn't sound right to me. Motor vehicle laws vary from State to State. I would say call your State's motor vehicle department or visit their website. If you can't get any answers from them it might be worth a $100 consolation fee with an attorney who is familiar with the laws in your State. Hope that helps! Jim
