Frequently putting convertible roofs up and down

My father has had a convertible since 2009
(Nissan Micra c+c convertible) and now that i
have my license, he gave it to me. My
question is if i put the roof up and down once
or twice per day, is that too much and is it
going to harm the car?

The more you use the top the more wear and tear but that said I have owned a lot of convertibles and never had any problems with the tops.
