Subframe bent/out of alignment

Asked by graeme May 29, 2020 at 07:39 PM

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

I have a bent front subframe. Is there a way to make sure
the whole car isn't like twisted? Hit a ditch at 70. Replacing
it is a big job but I can tackle it. My concern is that the body
may be bent up as well and when I go to install the new
subframe the bolt holes may not align. Is there a way can
check this without having to take it all apart?

Year, make and model? I'd have an auto body shop put the car on a rack to determine how bad it is.
