Why are the search filters difficult to work with?

Please change your filter settings to NOT remove search criteria when there is no vehicle that matches the search. Simply return the search with no vehicles found.

Yeah, can you explain why I can’t narrow down my scope in the search filter field every time it just defaults back to the entire search. I’m operating on an iPad and I just started having problems with this app about five months ago.
