will CarGurus extend the timelines of cars being advertised due to COVID-19?  
Due to stay-at-home and social distancing; no one wants to schedule test
drives.

The $29.95 charge is a one time fee per listing. While listings do expire after thirty days, you can extend it as many times as you need at no additional charge. From the My Cars for Sale page, you can click the blue "Extend" button and the new close date will be thirty days from that click.
