What type of oil should I use?

What type oil should I use?
I have a 1997 Honda Accord I’ve read you
should use 5-30w oil when doing an oil
change but my car has over the 100,000
miles. What do you recommend and is using
high mileage oil ok?

depending on where you live...anyway id run 10-40 its a little thicker..
