Is Kia warranty transferable to 2nd owner if car was used in fleet?
Have a 2018 Forte with 19k miles. Carfax
has it's 1st owner using it as a Fleet vehicle.
Would 2nd owner get the remainder of both
warranties?

Both warranties? Read the warranties to know exactly what would apply to a second owner.

Anyone with a clue would not even look at a used Kia.
