01 altima want start just cranks how to fix

My 01 altima gxe 2.4 l shut off on
me at intersection and and now
just cranks wont start. It it started
one time and idled for a moment
put it in gear and it died and now
wont start i put new plugs and
wires and distributor rotor still not
starting I hooked up OBD2
scanner to it it only reads pending
knock sensor code and O2 sensor
bank 1 sensor 1 then IM
readiness it says spark Advance
is 63.5 degrees way too high or
what is it in my timing and if so
how do I get it back in town 4
valve cover chains look fan while
trying to start it acts as if it wants
to start making a popping sound
getting tired but ethers to the
intake throttle body has the bus
stop but doesn't I don't know if
the fuel filter and turn the key on
the prime position it does nothing
but soon as I spent over the
engine it start pumping gas out
the filter what could be causing
this condition 2001 Nissan Altima
GXE 2.4  also just in nats
malfunction

Sounds like the timing chain has jumped. Some of your description makes no sense at all (maybe spell check got you). You should have a qualified mechanic take a look at it as it doesn't sound like you have a good set of troubleshooting steps. Replacing the plugs, wires and rotor were probably a waste of money.
