How long does an add run?
Do I have to pay again to relist if it doesn't sell in the first posting?

Once you pay the $29.95 to list your vehicle you can have it listed for as long as you need to at no additional charge.

If you go the 4.95 route it's 30 days. Vehicle listings expire after 30 days. You can extend your listing at any time from your My Cars For Sale by clicking “Extend for free”. https://www.cargurus.com/sell-car/? pid=SellMyCarDesktopHeader in the FAQ section.
