Is this a good buy?

Question type: Shopping & Pricing

It's a 2000 Honda accord with 131k for $2900.  It's got a few dings and a small crack in
the front bumper.  Overall it drove pretty well but slightly idled at complete stops (the
steering wheel vibrated a bit).  It has a v6 engine which I've never owned before.  But two
big questions for me are:  is 131k too many miles?  and is a v6 engine a good idea?

The mileage is not excessive. Average is about 10,000 to 15,000 per year. But it sounds like you've already picked up on some possible issues during the test drive. I'd keep shopping. Walk away from this one!! HTH. -Jim
