Question type: Maintenance & Repair

My car lights did not automatically turn on when it got dark.

1 Answer

Make sure that the automatic portion is turned on, it could have been turned off accidentally. If that checks good then it is a possibility that the light sensor for auto headlights has failed that is located in the upper dash.
