No auxilary audio in my 2009 Edge. Radio and cd play.

they obviously do not want you to take your eyes off the road...could lead to an accident...me mini cooper's the same way...just make .mp3 files on your computer...you don't need another distraction~

Try a different patch cord and make sure that the volume on the .mp3 player is turned up.
