2001 dodge ram 1500 v8 5.8 liter truck will not crank. It use to crank and when you let off the gas and the rpms dropped to zero it would shut off. Changed fuel pump, fuel pump relay, ignition coil.
After changing everything the truck still
wont start and not it's killing my battery.
Having to jump it to just get to see if it will
crank. Can't hear fuel pump working, and
can't hear fuel pump relay clicking, all 8
spark plugs been replaced. Even placed a
new ignition coil in. I'm lost and don't won't
it to be the PCM.
Did you try gas or starting fluid sprayed into intake?
If you're still on here, did you figure out problem? I'm having problem with no continuous power to fuel pump.
