Is there any equipment that can diagnose problems causing brake and rear signals not to work

Already replaced fuses bulbs brake
and signals switches

Most problems are ground related or some one dropped off a curb and wiped out the trailer connector breaking a lot of wiring in the rear harness. The best tool for this job is just a simple test light and a wiring schematic.
