2" Brake Drums on Dana 60 Rear Axle

I have a 1970 Dodge Power Wagon 3/4 Ton Rear Axle that has 2" Drums . They are hard to locate so I am wondering if 3"Drums would work on this axle ?

try to locate a newer axle assembly from a newer dodge truck. the mid 90s 1500s use dana 60s for rear axles.
