Will an engine be ok?

It has sat on a shop floor for about 7 years, it was running when it was put there, out of the weather. It should be fine right?

crankshaft still spins freely? also, was it stored with oil put in the cylinders? if all storage procedures were followed it should be ok. some rubber parts might get aged like the old type of fuel pump.
