Hi everyone I need a little help solving air conditioning problem my condenser
have a leak so I replace the condenser I recharged my air conditioning system
to the correct charge however I cannot get the compressor to engage I have
bypassed both high and low pressure switches while the vehicle is running I've
checked clutch for power there is no power I checked relay for power and there
is power there I have bypassed relay still no power to the clutch I'm stumped a
little help would be nice
That sounds like a broken wire in the A/C clutch circuit, most common place is right at the clutch coil connector itself, but it could be anywhere in that circuit. You did check that the clutch coil is operational?
put power from battery right to cluch and it pulled in
Good so then the clutch coil is good, so it looks like your in for a tracking job to find that broken circuit.
Ya looks that way thank you for your help
