1988 chevy 2500 vin k with 5.7
I can only start her if i pull the fuse for the fuel pump . once running i put the fuse back in .it idles high and than when driving there is no power . It seems like it is getting to much fuel .I have replaced the injectors and cleaned the throttle body. i have replaced the ;distributor cap new plugs rotor . when idling there is so much gas coming from the injectors it is spraying so much some is splashing out on the engine.
Did you check fuel pressure regulator?
yes i took it apart and cleaned it . whats weird if i unplug the injector on the left side the truck stays running on one injector .if i unplug the injector on the right side it dies the fuel quits coming out of the left injector and right
I should also add i sprayed carburetor clear around the outside of throttle body and vacuum lines no leaks any where
