Question type: Maintenance & Repair

I can't seem to locate the TCM on my father's stratus.  I thought it would be close to the PCM, by the fuse box but I can't seem to find it.

Big silver box near jump points on drivers side its part of the main computer,as long as you dont have security built in any neon, cirrus, and caravan as long as it is 2.4equipped. If the box has the vin # on a white sticker it has security and will NOT work in non security cars. Hope that helps questions feel free to message me.

I located that part but when I tried to order a new one, I was told that was the PCM and not the TCM, I don't get it. Arent those two separate modules?

All the ones ive replaced the ecm controls, fuel management,Trans, and security, abs if equipped. If in doubt go online and use a componenent location site. Hope that helps. Google will get best results.
