how do I change the tire for my C280 Mercedes Benz 2007

Do you want to remove the tire or the wheel off the car? If you want to remove the wheel off the car, look in your owners mamual, there should be a page on where and how to access the jack and tire iron to get the wheel off the ground so you can remove it, and put the spare on.

I have the flat tire off but I cant get the spare tire to screw on ...its like there is on thread in the nuts
