Well condition of those miles is the best verifier. My brother in law has one with lots of miles and he like Dodge. Except for the dash pads that crack up the only issue he has had is a rear axle bearing. But I do know someone that had to pay $2000 for a transmission for theirs, they bought it knowing it needed a transmission, just did not know it cost that much to replace. Both of these have well over 200k miles closer to 300k and still going. Late 1990's models.
A Dodge with ANY miles on it is too many. Your best bet is to get a Ford or Chevy. Once a Dodge gets past 100,000 miles, it's hard to give it away.
They can loose value somewhat faster I agree but if kept up can still be very dependable.
