I recently replaced my 1999 5.2 and tran.with a 2001 5.9 and tran and now my o/d light & trans/temp stay on stays on

O/D light means you have a trans fault. Not sure of all the work you did. Maybe the new trans isn't compatible with the old PCM. Best to have the pro's check it out.
