Question type: Maintenance & Repair

Overdrive is on because I am in a higher gear on the highway, but overdrive does not stay locked.  Also, is there a means to flush (clean and dissolve deposits) the trans with maybe kerosene or some other fluid?  I need my overdrive to stay locked in.
