I have a 98 Dodge Durango 4x4 SLT with a 5.9magnum engine. I need to know what trans mission is in it. A friend told me it was a 46RE but someone on here said those were exclusive to the V10.

You need to do a VIN check-up on line and I'm pretty sure it will tell you what tranny you have in the truck !
