Do you have a trailer plug in back? Sometimes a small wire strand can come loose and cause a short, check all of the lamps, make sure they all have good filaments and one isn't shorted to the other, check sockets for bad ground pathways or shorted connectors, then do a physical check of the in frame wiring harness for any damage or rubbed through spots.
