Gone are the days of just changing out car stereos. Especially on a GM. Many other vehicle systems are controlled by settings on the factory stereo. Oil life, lighting, locks, etc. I'd put the factory stereo back in and if you want to replace it with an aftermarket stereo have a professional do it. HTH. -Jim

YOU'LL NEED AN ADAPTER TO PUT BETWEEN THE STEREO AND THE CAR AS THE CAN COM LINES FOR THE COMPUTERS RUN THROUGHT IT.THEY SHOULD'VE TOLD YOU THAT WHERE YOU BOUGHT THE STEREO.
