95 geo tracker not charging

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

so the alternator and battery are brand new. I forgot the take the negative off when installing the alternator and it grounded itself and sparked pretty bad. had the alternator and battery tested and they are perfect condition. it must be a fuse or a wire but I cant find anything on which fuse is for the altenator. if someone could help me out that would be awesome.

Check all the main fuse,s,look at diagram.
