Yes it will fit but pay close attention to the electricals as there were some shuttle differences there with the connectors.

Just found out that transmission I got its a 1999 will it fit a 2004

I believe there was a electrical change in 2000, you might check with a tranny shop, they may have a kit to adapt the 99 transmission plugs to the 04 system, I heard of the kit, but have never seen one.
