I have a 1996 chevy silverado and been replacing
fuel pums every two to three weeks cant figure out
the problem please help
Check the output voltage of the alternator. If it is really high that might be the problem. The voltage should be 13 to 14.5 volts. about.
Did you replace the fuel pump assembly connector yet? They have been known to burn the ground lug causing the pump to operate on low voltage thus frying them.
Could it be fuel pump is not the problem
Are the pumps all the same brand?
