Did both trucks have power windows and door locks? How about power mirrors? If both were equipped the same there is a very good chance that the wire colors are the same.

The 1995 has a power mirrors and they both have power door and locks

If the truck did not come with power mirrors then you will have to run power to the mirrors and you may need a relay as well but I am not sure about that.

I'm not worried about the mirrors or the locks I just need the window to work

They arn't compatable. The window switch on the later models work differently. Your better off running your old switch and harness thru the new door and making it fit
