What could my problem be :

I have a 1994 Chevrolet Prizm it runs good but as soon as you put it in gear
and give a little gas it goes dead, sometimes it just goes dead when you just
put it gear don't have to give any gas, it keeps throwing a code 13

Torque Converter Clutch Solenoid.

I agree, the stalling is the torque converter clutch solenoid. The code 13 is a dead oxygen sensor (unrelated to the stalling). HTH. - Jim
