cant get fans to turn on

What fans? Radiator fans? Check fuses, or by pass the thermocouple and see if they operate. I run my radiator fans all the time and have by passed the thermocouple due to the car running hot all the time. Big build on the engine. Thermocouples, especially those made in China do not last long. If it is the heater/AC fan, check the fuses first. Then it may be a lose connection or the switch itself.
