battery alternator check what is this

Hi my car dashboard is showing battery alternator check  how can solve this problem

Time to have your alternator and battery tested. Probe your battery with a volt or multimeter. Car off the battery should be above 12V, and with teh engine on , it should be around 14V. You can remove the battery or alternator and have a local auto parts store load test them, or have a garage/mechanic diagnose the issue for you.
