2008 Equinox: Confused as to what geaqr it should be in.

Asked by May 03, 2015 at 08:28 PM about the Chevrolet Equinox

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

This low mileage equinox can't seem to decide what gear to be in. Pronounced up and down shifting ( or in and out of gear) when going at steady speed uphill (at 40 mph) and to a lesser extent at other times.

Did it just start doing this or is it a ongoing problem?
