Blower on heat/an cuts in and out on 2000 camaro

This could be a compressor going bad or a refrigerant leak. It depends on what exactly you mean by cutting in and out.

It will start blowing then stop. Compressor is still running while this is happening cause its loud enough to hear

Is the temperature thats blowing out the temperature you selected ? or is it just hot air ?

Check the connection at the blower motor, if it appears ok the motor may be going bad.
