So did the plug wire just pop off or did the plug itself pop out?

Plug wire popped out.

The stray spark could have etched the distributor cap, and or fouled out the plug due to lack of spark.

#4 spark plug had oil on it. I cleaned it and put back on. But my car is still missing.

replace them all.

Ok. I think I will change all plugs. Thank you so much. Also my right front tire makes a clicking sound when I turn right.

Most likely it is a C/ V joint going bad, you can replace the just the joint or the whole axle shaft, if you have the tools, it will be cheaper to replace just the joint but if you don't, then replacing the axle would be the way to go.

Thanks for the info. How much will just the part cost? I hope it's not too much. I will have it checked out.

Replaced all plugs. Car running ok now. But concerned with the clicking noise in front tire when I turn.

Have you checked the C/V joints yet?
