Would the 72115-SDA-A01 actuator work for a Right-hand driven driver's door

It should. The side the car is driven from shouldn't affect a right side door just because it is right side drive. If all the mounting holes and connecting tabs & holes for the connector rods line up and can be moved without binding up, it should work. You would have to compare them.
