what could it be if im only getting ignition spark on one side of engine?

ive replaced the rotor button, fuel pump, coil,and maf sensor.

I would say the coil, but you replaced that already. But it might be one of your ignition igniters, there are 2. Also number 1 and 2 cam position sensors send signals to the ECU, which calculates the ignition timing and sends a signal to the igniters.
