Will the transmission out of a 1999 Isuzu
Rodeo 4x4 match perfect to swap it to a
2000 Isuzu Rodeo Trooper 4x4

Yes nearly all parts are interchangable from 98-2001 on honda passport and isuzu rodeos. they are the same vehicle.

Any updates on this or? I have I 2000 Isuzu Rodeo but it needs a transmission and I found one off of a 2000 for 750$ “over priced for my taste” but I find cheaper ones anywhere from 1998 up to 2002 and was wondering if any of them would work for my 2000??

I’m currently swapping a 1992 trooper transmission (4 speed auto) into a 1999 rodeo from what I’ve seen so far they are plug and play no alterations needed (will update upon completion)
